Payment authorization

5.1 Payment authorization

I authorize Dazi to collect money from the debit/credit card I have legal right to use to pay for the room and additional services I have confirmed, within the agreed amount and payment conditions. Additional fees must be notified in detail and confirmed by me before implementation.

5.2. Personal information

I confirm that I have been informed about Dazi's processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purpose of managing reservations and stays, providing requested services, processing payments and fulfilling legal obligations. Consent to receive promotional information, if any, is made separately.

5.3. Accept Dazi policy

I confirm that my registration information is correct, have read and agree to the Reservation Policy and Stay Procedures, Reservation Change and Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, General Terms and Conditions published at https://dazisignature.com, and the individual conditions stated in my booking confirmation.

The applicable policy is the version provided and accepted by me at the time of booking; Subsequent updates do not automatically change the confirmed booking.

5.4. Use data and records to check, investigate and resolve disputes

I agree to let the service provider of the Dazi system identified in the booking confirmation (“Dazi”) collect, store, collate and use personal data, booking information, transaction information and related records to the extent necessary to:

a) Verify the reservation, identity and payment method authorization; record acceptance of booking conditions, payment and additional services;

b) Check, investigate, handle refunds, complaints and disputes related to transactions or services;

c) Prove the agreed content, payment authorization, provision and use of services, arising amounts and performance of obligations of the parties.

Related records may include booking confirmations, consent forms, electronic confirmation logs, emails, messages, stay registration forms, service request forms, invoices, payment documents, minutes and legally collected images. The probative value of each document is considered according to content, authenticity and legal regulations; Do not automatically consider all records created by Dazi as confirmation of the customer.

Dazi is provided with the necessary documents for banks, payment gateways, card organizations, dispute resolution support units and competent authorities on appropriate legal bases. Data processing, sharing and storage are carried out in accordance with Dazi's Personal Data Protection Policy and current laws; Do not use this consent to enable unlimited data mining.

5.5. Authorization to pay arising amounts

To the extent that I am the cardholder or have the legal authority to authorize the use of the card, I agree to allow Dazi to collect payments related to my booking and stay via an approved payment method, when all of the following conditions are met:

a) Grounded revenue from the service I requested, used or the payment obligation is legally established according to the conditions notified and accepted;

b) Dazi provides the content of the revenue, amount, currency and calculation basis; I or the person with payment authority confirm the collection by signature, electronic confirmation, email, text message or other valid form;

c) Collection meets the scope of authorization, authentication requirements and procedures of the bank, payment gateway or card organization applicable to the transaction.

Additional charges may include extensions, room upgrades, dining, minibar, laundry, shuttle, decoration and other confirmed additional services. Compensation for loss, damage or repair costs must have documents proving responsibility and a well-founded amount; Does not include normal wear and tear.

Pictures, minutes or documents recording the current status are the basis for considering the incurred amount and do not replace the approval of payment by card. The resident's confirmation to use the service does not automatically constitute another cardholder's authorization to deduct money.

If the collection falls outside the scope of existing authorization or requires additional authentication, Dazi will request confirmation or send a separate payment request before processing. Dazi does not automatically deduct money just because the card information is available or because the customer does not respond.

After collecting money, Dazi provides notification and transaction documents. Customers still have the right to request explanations, comparisons and complaints according to the law.

5.6. Secure payment information

Use of card information or alternative payment codes (tokens) may only be made through appropriate payment systems and processes, to the extent permitted. Dazi does not require customers to provide OTP, PIN or card security code via email, text message or regular contact form; Do not store the CVV/CVC security code after the transaction is authorized.
